If you are located in the EU, Lumija Swim's return policy is as follows:
Lumija reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with their delivery and returns policy.
Lingerie and hosiery cannot be exchanged or refunded.
For other garments, Lumija offers replacements that match your sizing if returned within 5 days of delivery, following their terms. Out-of-stock items will receive store credit.
Sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. In case of manufacturing defects, items are sent to their lab for a report, which may take up to a month.
Pre-orders and deposits are non-refundable, but store credit is available. Damaged items or those not returned per their policy are not eligible for exchange or store credit.
In-store purchases cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Please note that Lumija Swim is not responsible for the cost of shipping returns to their warehouse.
To initiate a return, contact Lumija Swim's customer care at customercare@lumijaswim.com with your order details and reasons, including garment photos. After assessment, they will email you a return label.
