It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a replacement of the garment (not lingerie or hosiery) to your particular sizing if returned to us within 5 days from the date of deliveryand in accordance with our terms and conditions of returns. If the replacement item is out of stock, a store credit is issued.

Lumija reserves the right to reject the returns of goods that are not returned in accordance with our delivery and returns policy. We strive for complete customer satisfaction, but understand online shopping challenges. For assistance with correct orders, contact us.
Lingerie and hosiery are neither exchangeable nor refundable. For other garments, we offer replacements matching your sizing if returned within 5 days of delivery, following our terms. Out-of-stock replacements will receive store credit.
Sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
For the rare occasion of manufacturing defects, items are sent to our lab for a report, which may take up to a month. If manufacturing defects are present, items are exchanged or given a credit note as a final settlement.
We cannot give a warranty or a guarantee on the swimwear or lingerie due to the nature of the product. Items cannot be exchanged or replaced if they are worn.
Pre-orders and deposits are non-refundable; store credit is available. Damaged items or those not returned per our policy are ineligible for exchange or store credit.
In-store purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
We are not responsible for shipping returns to our warehouse.
For returns, follow these steps:
1. Try on garments over underwear.
2. Check tags/hygiene stickers and return items in original condition.
3. Review our purchase terms to avoid delays.
4. Complete the returns form fully.
5. Send to our provided address. Choose your shipping method; we are not liable for lost returns.

Allow 3-4 business days for processing during sale periods. Orders over €200 qualify for free returns; otherwise, a €15 label fee applies.
To initiate a return, email customercare@lumijaswim.com with your order details and reasons, including garment photos. After assessing, we'll email a return label.
Terms of Returns:
- Sale items only eligible for store credit.
- Full-price orders must be returned in original condition with all tags and liners.
- Customer responsible for return shipping.
- Faults should be reported with a photo for assessment.
- Store credits valid for 30 days, excluding shipping fees.
We offer worldwide express shipping, with signature required upon delivery. We do not ship to Russia or military bases. Free shipping for orders over €100. Customs fees are the customer's responsibility.
