I am located in the EU, what is your return policy?

If you are located in the EU, Lumija Swim's return policy is as follows:

Lumija reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with their delivery and returns policy.

Lingerie and hosiery cannot be exchanged or refunded.

For other garments, Lumija offers replacements that match your sizing if returned within 5 days of delivery, following their terms. Out-of-stock items will receive store credit.

Sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. In case of manufacturing defects, items are sent to their lab for a report, which may take up to a month.

Pre-orders and deposits are non-refundable, but store credit is available. Damaged items or those not returned per their policy are not eligible for exchange or store credit.

In-store purchases cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Please note that Lumija Swim is not responsible for the cost of shipping returns to their warehouse.

To initiate a return, contact Lumija Swim's customer care at customercare@lumijaswim.com with your order details and reasons, including garment photos. After assessment, they will email you a return label.

I am an international customer, what is your return policy?

We offer replacements that match your sizing if returned within 15 days of delivery, following their terms. Out-of-stock items will receive store credit.

Sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. In the case of manufacturing defects, items are sent to their lab for a report, which may take up to a month.

For general returns, Lumija accepts items in their original condition (unused, unworn, and unaltered) with tags and liners attached. These returns are eligible for a refund back to the original payment method for the item returned. However, Lumija does not refund shipping, taxes, or duties, and they do not cover return postage fees.

If you are returning items that were part of an active sale or marked down, Lumija has a specific sale return policy. Sale items are considered final sale, and they cannot be returned or exchanged. No exceptions are made for fit or sizing issues.

All return requests must be made within 30 days after the date of delivery.

What are the steps before initiating a return?

If I return an order that had a discount code applied, will the discount code be available again for a new purchase?

Our discount codes are for one time use and are unable to be reloaded if you return your order.


Shipping Policy

When will my order be shipped out?

Once your order has been shipped, we ask for 1-10 business days for delivery. However, packages are subject to carrier delays.


Please note: We do not ship and/or deliver on weekends & some orders will require a signature. Please allow up to 2 days for your order to be dispatched.

When will my order be fulfilled?

Our team asks for 1-7 business days to fulfill packages. Once your package has been fulfilled, an email will be sent confirming the tracking number.

Please note, we do not fulfill orders over the weekend and any expedited order placed after 12:30pm, will be fulfilled the following business day.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping for orders above €100

I am located in Malta, how long will my order take to arrive?

Free shipping typically takes 5-10 business days for local deliveries (standard shipping time).

How can I track my order?

All Lumija Swim purchases come with a tracking number supplied to you in your order dispatch confirmation email.

If you require further assistance, please contact the mailing service directly with your tracking number or our customer service team.

International Shipping

How long does your international shipping take?

Shipping typically takes 7-10 business days 

Do you ship internationally, and what are the rules?

Customers are responsible for keeping track of their shipments when a tracking number is provided to avoid delays.

If you choose to reject or refuse delivery due to customs fees, a EUR 55 return fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping.

All items are to be signed for by DHL/Fedex. If you are not available to receive your package and have not arranged an alternative way to collect it, a EUR 55 fee will occur.

If you choose to remove a signature requirement from your shipment, Lumija Swim cannot take responsibility for any stolen, lost, or damaged shipments once deemed delivered by the carrier.

What is the cost of international shipping?

.Lumija Swim is not responsible for customs clearance fees in your country, nor are we accountable for the holding times of packages by customs.

Please note that our online store prices do not include overseas duties and other customs charges that you may incur when purchasing and importing to your country.

These costs are determined by your local customs office and are beyond our control.

We strongly advise you to familiarize yourself with your country's customs charges and levies before placing an order.

Can I try on swimwear before purchase?

Our physical store located in Safi allows you the option to try on in the dressing rooms prior to purchase.

How do I care for my Lumija swimwear?

While we have done the work of choosing the perfect Swimwear, it is now in your hands to keep your Lumija garments in the best possible condition, so please follow our care instructions here.
